ONLINE CONSULTATION
Submit an inquiry through our Instagram Direct Messaging (link above) or Email, and a Kenjo representative will contact you within 24 hours. They will answer all of your questions in regards to the purpose and need of the inquiry, pricing, as well as fabric and style availability. At the conclusion of the conversation, the private fitting will be scheduled.
II. PRIVATE FITTING
A Kenjo representative will conduct a private fitting at our headquarters in Hurst, Tx. During this stage of the experience we will take your measurements while showcasing the best options catered to your requests. We will assist in selecting every detail of your garment: fabric, lining, button, threading, monogram, lapel style, buttoning style, and pants style.
III. GARMENT CONSTRUCTION
All measurements and suit details are sent to our skilled tailors who will dligently construct your garment to its finest form. Suit construction typically takes between 4-6 weeks for completion and we please ask you to be patient during the process.
IV. GARMENT COMPLETION
Upon completion of your order, we verify that all details meet your expectations and will then schedule a final fitting with the client to ensure proper fit. We take care of any alterations on your behalf up to $100.
